I’m bringing a new level of energy to these. I honestly cannot wait to see where they end up.
In the words of my coach Amber Smith:
Less bracing, more allowing
Less tension, more expansion
Less worrying, more creative faith

Creating these three in December felt a little reckless. Instead of creating something sure and predictable (small tree paintings), I ventured into this new realm of painting on frickin linen. Damn. That’s a whole new thing. It really felt like I was stepping up to a new, higher level. More willingness to not know exactly how things would turn out.
It was both terrifying and liberating.
The paint reacts differently, and the overall effect is something unique.
Oh, and the linen costs more than triple what a canvas does.

Hush. Glow. Pulse.
These pieces didn’t come from a place of playing it safe. They are coming from choosing expansion over comfort. From letting go of control and letting something bigger move through me. There have been moments in the process where I've had to remind myself to soften, stop bracing, and stop overthinking. To allow the work to become what it wanted to become.

That shift changed things.
I fully believe that these will find their way to the person who is embodying the allowing, the expansion, and the creative faith. The person who is embracing and welcoming that new level of energy to join them as they level up in life. Someone who feels that quiet yes in their body when they see them. Someone who knows they’re standing in the middle of their own becoming.
Because that’s what these feel like to me: a becoming.
A new frequency. A new way of working. A new relationship with trust. A willingness to choose what feels alive instead of what feels predictable.

These are acrylic on linen, $6200 each, including absolutely gorgeous custom frames built by Chris Komski. I would love for these to go as a whole set, so I’m offering all three together for $15k.
Are you living today?
