Some people buy my art because they like the way it looks. Some people buy my art because they like the way it makes them feel. Some people buy my art because of what it means--the story behind it, or what it represents.

And some people buy my art for its value.

Did you know that several of my early pieces have been resold for double, triple, or even quadruple what the initial buyer paid?

Yes, my prices (when you buy from me) have gone up significantly since 2018 when I started selling my art. They will continue to go up as I create more value in look, feel, meaning, and worth.

I don't make anything directly when my work sells on the secondary market, but it still increases the value and demand for my work. So I'll take it!

I started this for my New York show and completed it

for my 2022 Sandpoint show. It's one that dozens of people

have connected with when walking into the gallery. It's smaller,

but it catches people's eye when they walk into the gallery. They tend to ignore everything else - they're drawn right to it.

There is something magnetic about the simplicity of it and it just sold December 2025.

Naysay

I made this work at a time when I was learning how to support myself through my art, before opening my gallery. While my tree paintings were selling, I began to feel constrained by expectations and market considerations. This piece marked a deliberate shift away from that mindset. Created as an act of play, it introduced a new color palette and instinctive, scribbled marks. The work became the starting point for my Tension series and the use of Asemic writing.

Revelry

Created on New Year’s Eve during a period of transition, this work emerged from an evening of solitude, music, and spontaneous painting. The green passages reflect a sense of life, growth, and renewal. Though initially left unresolved, the piece was completed months later with the addition of black poured marks - symbolizing struggle, weight, and the inescapable challenges that exist alongside new beginnings. These darker elements are not erased, but shaped and held. Revelry speaks to renewal, resilience, and the quiet act of beginning again.
